I love to paint letter sets, and this is one of my very favorites! This starry night Bethlehem scene is a pattern by Chris Thornton Deason, hand painted by me and adapted from the original design to fit on these 7 inch JOY letters. All are painted with acrylic paint and sealed with varnish for a protective finish. These are approximately 3/4 of an inch thick, and sit beautifully on a mantle, shelf or door frame.
